
The Georgia Department of Transportation plans to break ground on the Cleveland Bypass in the Summer of 2012. You will find information about the project below.
Phase One of the Cleveland bypass is scheduled to break ground next summer. It will consist of constructing a four lane road with a separating median running from near the intersection at Hope Road and U.S. 129 to near the intersection of Tesnatee Gap Valley Rd. and S.R. 115.
Phase Two is scheduled to break ground sometime in 2017. It will consist of a road running from near the intersection of Tesnatee Gap Valley Rd and SR 115 to near the intersection of Hulsey Rd. and U.S. 129. More information will be available once plans are finalized.
Phase Three is scheduled to break ground sometime in 2019. It will consist of a road running from near the intersection of Hulsey Rd. and U.S. 129 to near the intersection of Hulsey Rd. and SR 75. More information will be available once plans are finalized.
