A: Any resident 17½ years old or older may receive an application from an organization, political party or individual who has requested blank forms from our office or from the office of the Secretary of State. The organizations, political parties or individuals distributing these forms may not accept them back once they are filled out. Q: Can I get a Georgia Voter Identification Card?
A: If you are a registered voter and do not have a Georgia driver’s license or Georgia identification card, you can receive a free Georgia Voter Identification Card. In order to receive your free Georgia Voter Identification Card, you will need to present a document confirming your identity to your County Voter Registrar which includes the following:
- your full legal name and date of birth;
- and/or your full legal name and residential address.
